This morning AJ changed Samuel’s
EXTREMELY wet diaper. Then just a few
minutes later Samuel ran by us and his strong aroma smelled suspicious. AJ called him over and sure enough he had a
nice poopy diaper. Daddy was sweet
enough to change two diapers in a row.
After Samuel had a fresh diaper on and Daddy had rolled up the smelly
one; he asked Samuel to take it to the trash.
Samuel shook his head and ran to me.
We both looked at each other in surprise- he always wanted to take the diaper to the trash. Patiently, we asked Samuel again to
please take the dirty diaper to the trash.
In response he grabbed my hand by the wrist and extended it toward the
diaper and said, “Tash.” Sneaky boy thought he could make me take it
to the trash for him.

When Daddy went in to get the
little one out of bed this morning, he was surprised to find that Samuel was
soaked with pee. It was all over his
pillow, sheet and the shirt that he wore last night, but when AJ looked at his
diaper it was hardly wet at all. This
was a little shocking. Daddy laid Samuel
down and pulled out a new diaper. As he
was getting ready to take off the old, sort of wet one he noticed a little boy part sticking out the front of Samuel’s diaper. That is how he managed to wet everything but
his diaper last night. But how the
little man came to be poking out in the first place is a mystery.
PS: Here are the photos of AJ's hair regrowth for this week. It has been a full 4 weeks since we shaved his head completely bald. Did you notice how you can't see his scalp through his hair anymore?! Ok, maybe you can, but just a little bit.

i was kinda hoping that your wouldn't post today, because you'd be at the birthing center meeting your little girl! darn! love the stories though! naomi has done the same thing with her diapers and throwing them away, but she's finally started saying, "please trash" to ask us to throw it away sometimes. it's very sweet, so we all take turns throwing away yucky diapers. :-)
